WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The waterfront home made famous as Dawson Leery’s house on the television series Dawson’s Creek is going on the market.

The property at 6424 Head Road, located along Hewletts Creek, is being listed for $3.25 million. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath house sits on about 1.7 acres with a private dock, according to the listing.
