WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A crash has led to delays for drivers near downtown Wilmington.
According to the Wilmington Police Department (WPD), a vehicle rolled over and hit a pole. The impact damaged the pole, causing utilities to hang low on the roadway.
