WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A Brunswick County organization is asking how well and comfortable did you sleep last night?
Brunswick Partnership for Housing puts a real-life twist on a fundraiser every year. This is the second time they’re hosting ‘Sleep Out Brunswick’. The organization advocates for those who need transitional housing as they work to get back on their feet.
This event invites people to participate in a 3-hour poverty simulator that shows how people can fall on hard times and become homeless.
