Brunswick County Residents Invited to Attend Nov. 3 Commissioners Meeting Covering Local Projects and Reports

The Brunswick County Board of Commissioners will hold its regular meeting on Monday, November 3, 2025, at 3 p.m. The meeting will be in the commissioners’ chambers on the first floor of the David R. Sandifer Administration Building at 30 Government Center Drive in Bolivia, North Carolina. The public can attend in person, watch live via Zoom, or view a replay later on the county’s YouTube channel.

The agenda includes several presentations and reports. The Clerk to the Board will request a proclamation for November as National Hospice Month. The Finance Department will present the auditor’s report on the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. Mr. Alan Thompson and Ms. Brandy Turbeville from Thompson, Price, Scott, Adams & Co., P.A. will deliver the report.

The Wilmington Urban Area Metropolitan Transportation Organization (WMPO) will present information on the 2050 Metropolitan Transportation Plan. The Board will consider a resolution about the Carolina Bays Parkway.
