BRUNSWICK COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) -Brunswick County Public Utilities (BCPU) will revert to using chloramines as its primary disinfectant.
BCPU began its annual disinfection changeover and flushing program on Oct. 7 by flushing water mains and distributing chlorine throughout the county.
