NC Medicaid funding cuts could jeopardize home healthcare

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – North Carolina Governor Josh Stein is calling a special session for the state general assembly to fully fund the state’s Medicaid program and reverse recent cuts to provider reimbursement rates.

But in the meantime, it’s impacting the one in four North Carolinians who rely on Medicaid, including Anthony McAllister.
