North Carolina Emergency Management and ESP Associates Inc. will hold a public meeting on November 20, 2025. The meeting will cover updates to the Southeastern North Carolina Regional Hazard Mitigation Plan. It will take place from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Pender County Board of Commissioners Meeting Room in Burgaw. Virtual and livestream options will also be available.
