A private elementary school recently leased a vacant building in Wilmington’s Soda Pop District, a former industrial area off Market Street that has undergone redevelopment in recent years.
School of Wonder, a Wilmington-based private elementary school, signed a multi-year lease for the 8,500-square-foot building at 909 Market St., according to a news release from commercial real estate firm Maus, Warwick, Matthews & Co. (MWM).
The property, formerly the offices of the Wilmington Area Rebuilding Ministry (WARM NC), will soon become the new home for the School of Wonder’s Reggio Emilia-inspired program, the release stated…
