WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – When it comes to the Thanksgiving feast, there are certain side dishes you can’t do without.
For some people it’s the mac and cheese, others may swear by sweet potato casserole but the universal favorite could be stuffing.
Of course, how you go about making the stuffing varies on your personal tastes or traditions. When I first made my grandmother’s recipe, the card said “oleo”…what the heck is oleo? Other people go with oyster stuffing, or one that features more vegetables. How about a stuffing with sausage?
