This fall, Meredith College economics faculty Anne York and Elaine Liu attended the 22nd Annual Economics Teaching Workshop at UNC Wilmington. The event focused on sharing teaching methods in economics.
Professor York presented on changes to the Principles of Microeconomics course. She described using metacognitive strategies and frequent practice to help students develop study habits.
