CAROLINA BEACH, N.C. (WECT) – Carolina Beach held its annual Island of Lights Flotilla this year with seven boats participating in the holiday competition.
The event saw a smaller turnout than in years past due to weather conditions. 11 boats were originally signed up for the event, but four dropped out because of the weather.
