WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Carolina Beach has begun construction of a one-way traffic pattern on a busy stretch of Canal Drive.
The change affects Canal Drive between Harper Avenue and Cape Fear Boulevard, adjacent to the boardwalk.
