WILMINGTON, NC — Cielo Cafe, a Christ-centered restaurant from owners David and Montse Saldaña, is targeting an opening in the first week of January 2026 at 3617 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28403, David Saldaña told Business Debut. The full-service cafe will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner built around a largely Mexican menu.
What to Expect
Cielo Cafe will operate as a full-service restaurant in their roughly 3,000-square-foot space. Expect about 100 seats inside. The concept is framed as a Christ-centered cafe inspired in part by the Bible verse Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
