WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Healing Place of New Hanover County has announced it will be expanding its shelter services ahead of the incoming colder weather.
The shelter said it will open its emergency housing and expand its offerings of available beds to allow for more members of the community to have a safe place to rest.
