Dinner service begins soon at a new restaurant that is opening in the former Hops Supply Co. location at 5400 Oleander Drive in Wilmington.
The Sounder is the newest project from Big Ocean Hospitality Group and Grant Steadman, who also operates Flying Machine Brewing Company and Flying Machine Oyster Bar. The new full-service restaurant is planning a phased opening, beginning with dinner service Dec. 20-21.
