WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Crews with Duke Energy are working to restore power in the Love Grove neighborhood.
According to a lieutenant with the Wilmington Police Department (WPD), a person was driving around midnight in Love Grove when they hit a power pole and drove away.
