WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) -Connor MacNair of NC Oyster Company shared oyster preparation tips for the holidays during a visit to Cape Fear Kitchen, emphasizing the importance of sourcing fresh oysters directly from providers.

MacNair said the key to serving great oysters during the holidays is “going directly to the provider or to the freshest source possible and asking for great oysters that are easy to shuck.”
