The town of Carolina Beach is pursuing a bond as big as its annual budget.
Carolina Beach Town Council approved a resolution to consider the issuance of a $35 million bond at a meeting on Dec. 9. The amount is nearly equivalent to the town’s budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year, which amounts to $35,874,658.
