WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A man is in jail without bond after being charged with kidnapping a 7-year-old child in downtown Wilmington.
Daniel Summers, 44, was arrested following an incident that occurred at 10 N Front Street around 5:30 p.m. Friday, according to the New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office.
