WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A medical detox facility called the NHC Stabilization and Re-entry (STAR) Center will open later in January, according to a release from New Hanover County.
The STAR Center at 1605 Robin Hood Road will provide the community with medically assisted detox, crisis stabilization and transitional housing services.
