WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A 44-year-old man is facing kidnapping charges after police say he grabbed a 7-year-old girl and forced her to the ground Friday evening in downtown Wilmington.
Daniel Summers allegedly forced the child to the ground at around 5:30 p.m. at 9 North Front Street, according to Wilmington police.
Summers was expected to make his first court appearance Monday, Jan. 5, but it was postponed to Tuesday for unknown reasons…
