KURE BEACH, NC (WWAY) — Fort Fisher State Historic Site invites the public to mark the 161st anniversary of the fort’s capture in the Civil War.
The site will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on January 17 with events scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
