WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – One person was transported to a hospital following a collision between an e-bike and a car at the intersection of Castle and 16th streets.
The Wilmington Police Department (WPD) is on-scene investigating the incident. The intersection remains closed while the investigation takes place.
