WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A family has voluntarily dismissed its lawsuit against New Hanover County Schools and the North Carolina High School Athletic Association.
The lawsuit was initially filed in October after the family sought to restore their son’s athletic eligibility at Laney High School.
