CAPE FEAR REGION, N.C. (WECT) – Public services and transportation across the Cape Fear region will suspend operations this weekend as a winter storm approaches the area.
Additional public service closures and schedule changes are expected as other agencies in the Cape Fear region assess weather conditions and safety protocols.
