WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Wilmington City Council will be holding its next meeting this week.
According to the meeting agenda, the council will be discussing the following items at the meeting:
- The City’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report
- A $203,000 contract for resurfacing 11 tennis courts at the Althea Gibson Tennis Complex at Empie Park
- An ordinance making a supplemental appropriation of $1,000,000 to the Parks and Recreation Capital Projects Fund to build a new park
- A resolution approving an Interlocal Agreement with New Hanover County Regarding to purchase property for a park
- A resolution requesting further review of the Wilmington Harbor 403 Project
