PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – Pender County Clerk of Court Elizabeth Craver filed motions on Jan. 23 seeking dismissal of charges and raising concerns about a State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) agent involved in her case.
Craver filed a motion to dismiss three counts of felony obtain property by false pretenses and one count of willfully failing to discharge duties. According to court documents, she also filed a Giglio motion requesting an in-camera review of evidence that raises concerns that an SBI agent materially involved in the case may be Giglio-compromised.
