The owners of downtown Wilmington’s Concorde Espresso Bar recently closed on a Porters Neck building that’s slated to become a second location for the popular coffee and cocktail bar.
Concorde Espresso Bar LLC purchased the property at 8121 Market St. for more than $1.8 million, according to a deed recorded last week. According to state records, the entity is managed by Ace and Jamie Alfalla, the husband-and-wife team behind Alfalla Hospitality Group.
