After nearly ten years, the owners of the Nothing Bundt Cakes franchise locations in Wilmington and Leland are selling the businesses.
Cat and Greg Marinich, a husband-and-wife team, are selling both locations to Illinois-headquartered TreeHouse Foods, Inc., a publicly traded food processing company. The sale closed on Tuesday, according to Cat Marinich.
