WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Downtown Wilmington businesses are experiencing a dramatic turnaround as Super Bowl crowds fill restaurants and bars that sat empty just a week ago due to a crippling snowstorm.
Hell’s Kitchen in downtown Wilmington was forced to close for nearly three days last week when snow brought southeastern North Carolina to a standstill.
