WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A man was arrested Tuesday on kidnapping and domestic violence charges, just over a month after completing parole for the 2017 murder of his grandfather.
Khai Anthony Ressler of Wilmington was charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, felony second-degree kidnapping, misdemeanor interfering with emergency communication, misdemeanor crime of domestic violence and misdemeanor communicating threats, according to warrants.
The charges stem from an incident on Monday, Feb. 10, according to warrants.
