WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Cape Fear Habitat for Humanity announced plans for its first mixed-income housing development during the organization’s Golden Hammer Breakfast Friday morning.
The organization purchased about 30 acres of land off Sidbury Road near Buck Drive in Castle Hayne.
