First Alert Forecast: milder 60s and warmer 70s

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – With the next cold front several days away, your First Alert Forecast’s temperatures are on the up! Tuesday’s targets for highs are near 64 for Wilmington, near 66 far inland, and near 60 on the water, and Wednesday’s numbers, in the same order, are even loftier: 74, 76, and 68.

Expect generally friendly skies in this period: Tuesday will have a partly cloudy condition with a low chance of fog, and Wednesday’s call is mostly cloudy with a moderate chance of fog, especially near the cold waterways. In between, expect a mix of clouds, fog and stars with the new moon Tuesday night.
