WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Wilmington Police Department (WPD) has confirmed that two people were killed in a crash involving two SUVs and a motorcycle that closed parts of Oleander Drive on Wednesday afternoon.
According to WPD, police officers, firefighters and Novant EMS were dispatched to a crash around 1:45 p.m. in the 5900 block of Oleander Drive.
Initially, WPD stated that only one vehicle was involved in the crash with the motorcycle. But, WPD now confirms, that two SUVs were involved. The occupants in the second SUV only suffered minor injuries…
