WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Authorities arrested a man who was wanted on an outstanding warrant, according to the Wilmington Police Department (WPD).
Joshua Anthony Perry, 28, of Durham, was arrested by deputies in Pender County after leading Wilmington police officers on a chase.
