A corner property with approved plans for commercial development at one of Brunswick County’s busiest intersections could be vital in future road improvements.
Property at the intersection of N.C. 211 and U.S. 17 are included in old plans for what officials say is a needed project. If the retail structure is built, the newly constructed building could later be used in the project as the North Carolina Department of Transportation’s right-of-way.
