NEW HANOVER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) – A man in New Hanover County is facing various narcotics charges following a death earlier this year.
According to the Wilmington Police Department (WPD), officers responded to a call about an unconscious man in the 4900 block of Market Street on Jan. 23.
