WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Two Grateful Dead tribute bands will perform at a benefit concert Friday to support Plastic Ocean Project.
The fourth annual fundraising concert is scheduled for March 6 at Bow Strings Bar and Music Venue on Princess Street. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Admission is pay-what-you-can, with donations of $5 to $30 accepted at the door. All proceeds support Plastic Ocean Project’s mission to research plastic in different environments, raise awareness through art and host community events…
