WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Uptilt Film Festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month, bringing film screenings, social events and filmmaker networking to Thalian Hall.
Rachel Silberman, a festival organizer, said the event will draw attendees and filmmakers from across the United States and internationally on March 20-22.
