A new owner is reimagining Wilmington’s oldest restaurant.
Nicolette Hanley started working at Dixie Grill in 2015, when she was studying film at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Even when she was working elsewhere and pursuing other careers, she would pick up the odd shift at the longtime restaurant at 116 Market St. in downtown Wilmington.
