WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking input on ways to increase the efficiency of the nationwide permit program.
Nationwide permits cover similar types of work and are issued only when the activity is expected to cause no more than minimal harm to regulated aquatic resources, both on its own and when combined with other impacts.
