WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Crews responded to a late-night woods fire that broke out in Wilmington on Sunday and continued into part of Monday morning.
According to the Wilmington Fire Department (WFD), the fire happened on Independence Boulevard between 17th Street and Carolina Beach Road at around 10:45 p.m. on March 22.
