WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – Leading Into New Communities Inc. (LINC) will recognize Second Chance Month in April with a series of free public events.
Second Chance Month is a nationwide effort to raise awareness about the challenges faced by formerly incarcerated individuals and to promote opportunities through employment, housing, education and community support and to advocate for legislative efforts that support reintegration.
