Among the many social media posts on April Fool’s Day, several were from Wilmington-area restaurants and bars, and food lovers, that claimed big changes are ahead. Restaurants were closing, or rebranding, or switching from chicken to a vegan menu, or that The Cheesecake Factory was finally on the way.
Not all of them were jokes.
