Porters Neck Village Breaks Ground On $39M Expansion Project

Nonprofit senior living community Porters Neck Village recently broke ground on the next phase of its master plan, which aims to modernize the 58-acre complex.

The second phase of the project includes replacing 68 of the original apartment homes in the community with 67 larger residences, along with 27 apartments and five β€œvillage flats,” according to Lisa Polanski, marketing director at Porters Neck Village.
