Nonprofit senior living community Porters Neck Village recently broke ground on the next phase of its master plan, which aims to modernize the 58-acre complex.
The second phase of the project includes replacing 68 of the original apartment homes in the community with 67 larger residences, along with 27 apartments and five βvillage flats,β according to Lisa Polanski, marketing director at Porters Neck Village.
According to a press release, the new homes will include a mix of hybrid homes and a larger apartment building. This phase of the project is expected to cost $39 million, Polanski said…
