WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – A Wilmington man said he called police and started a fundraiser after his elderly neighbor was found wandering alone multiple times, showing what he described as signs of neglect.
Jonathan Pigford said he was sitting on his porch when he heard the man walking down the street.
