Parents charged after deputies say baby and toddler exposed to meth

ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) – Two parents are facing charges after deputies say they exposed a baby and toddler to methamphetamine.

Hayley Germain, 28, of Jacksonville was arrested Tuesday in Pender County, while 39-year-old Larry Joiner, of Jacksonville, was charged today while already in jail on unrelated charges.
