WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The City of Wilmington has announced that its Celebration Pop-up Park grand opening is canceled.
The event was originally scheduled for Friday, May 22, at 11 a.m. City officials cited weather conditions as the reason for the cancellation.
