WEST BROOKFIELD – As West Brookfield Elementary School counts down toward its closure later this month, some residents are exploring ways to maintain what resident Denise Pontbriand called “an educational presence in town.”
During Annual Town Meeting on Tuesday, June 2, Pontbriand said that she and other supporters are seeking investors to help open a charter school at the site.
