TURNERS FALLS, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) — Turners Falls Fire Department is investigating two separate brush fires that happened on the same day.
On Friday, officials said they responded to the fires in the village of Lake Pleasant. Combined, they caused over an acre of land to burn.
The State Department of Conservation and Recreation responded. Chainsaws were needed for crews to get to the fires. The spread was quickly stopped…
